NON-PERSONAL AND AGGREGATED INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
Each time you visit a Site, we log non-personal information. Such information may include your IP address, domain name, the name of the Web page from which you entered the Site, which pages you visit on the Site, and how much time you spend on each page. We use this information to monitor and improve the Site and for internal analysis. In particular, we use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the website, and gather information for aggregate use.
We will not share or sell non-aggregated information contained within cookies to any third party.
You also have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If, however, you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of our Sites or have some of our services on the Sites function properly, or at all.
PERSONAL INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
You can use portions of our Sites without divulging any personal information, including your e-mail address. Our Sites do not collect personal information about individuals except when such individuals specifically provide such information on a voluntary basis (for example, registering for one of our programs, requesting a catalog; requesting additional information by contacting us; signing up for in-person orientation; posting a message to a message board; requesting help; or accessing, adding to, or changing the information on your account information page). When you register for one of our programs or participate in a program through an affiliate or local school, we may collect information regarding you. This personal information may be collected on our Sites, or via telephone or conventional mail. The types of information that you may be asked to provide, depending on what services you would like to receive, include: first and last name; billing address; name and age; the services you request; registration and enrollment information; and an e-mail address where we can contact you.
We call customers to provide information they have requested and to answer questions. Because we only call customers at the telephone numbers they leave for us, we do not call people by generating random or sequential telephone numbers. We may use pre-recorded messages in order to ensure that customers receive the information they requested. Customers do not have to consent to receive calls in order to receive our services.
Once you have registered for one of our programs (whether you registered on our Sites, or through offline communications), there is an online service for all such programs. There will be a personal information page that contains some or all of your personal information. You may also be assigned a user name and password. The user name will be used to recognize you on the Pansophic Learning Site. The user name will allow Pansophic Learning to recognize: your first and last name; registration ID; type of account, such as teacher, administrator, parent or student; school affiliation or the Pansophic Learning program in which the student is enrolled; integration number; and the e-mail address you provided. The user name will also allow you to track your attendance, school work, and testing, and to submit relevant portions of the same to Pansophic Learning, its affiliates, and/or your local school to track your progress and abide by applicable law in the United Arab Emirates and/or International standards and regulations.
We may use the personal information on your account information page to provide you with information about new products and services available through Pansophic Learning. You can request to opt out of receiving such information by making a request in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can review and edit the personal information that you have provided to Pansophic Learning by either making the changes online or, if that isn’t possible, by making a request in writing to email@example.com.
All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
PERSONAL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY PARENTS ABOUT STUDENTS WHO ARE CHILDREN
We understand that our student users who are under 13 years of age need special safeguards and privacy protection, and it is our intent to fully comply with all applicable law and international regulations. We do not collect personal information from children online at any point. We only receive personal information about your children directly from you when you enroll your children into one of our programs. You can review certain personal information that Pansophic Learning has regarding your children by making such a request in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be aware that some personal information relating to your children’s educational records may not be able to be disclosed by Pansophic Learning due to applicable law in the United Arab Emirates or International law.
You can request that your children’s personal information not be used by Pansophic Learning, its affiliates and vendors acting on behalf of Pansophic Learning, by making a request in writing to email@example.com. Please be aware that if you make such a request, your children can no longer continue to be enrolled in a Pansophic Learning program or to utilize the online learning environment. Therefore, a request by you for Pansophic Learning, affiliates, and vendors acting on behalf of Pansophic Learning to no longer use your children’s personal information will terminate your children’s participation in the Pansophic Learning program in which they are enrolled and their use of the online learning environment.
