How is this different from regular school?

This isn’t worksheets or textbook learning. Students spend their time creating,
designing, pitching, and building. They work through real-world challenges in small
groups, guided by 8billionideas facilitators, and walk away with confidence, new skills,
and a project to be proud of.

Is this program KHDA-approved?

Yes. The iCademy x 8billionideas Summer program is KHDA-approved.

Who runs the sessions?

deliver camps and workshops globally. iCademy Teachers are also available at the

What will my child actually do during the program?

Every session is interactive and project-based. Depending on the week, students will:

  • Build prototypes and inventions
  • Design products, brands, and businesses
  • Pitch their ideas to peers and parents
  • Work in small teams on real-world challenges
  • Learn presentation, leadership, and creative thinking skills
  • End each week with a showcase for parents
