How to Enroll

iCademy Middle East has education options for full-time and part-time students in grades K-12 around the globe. Our dedicated enrollment team is available to lead you through the admissions process and begin the journey to an individualized and flexible educational experience for your child.

Confirmation & Onboarding

Step 1: Speak to an Enrollment Counsellor

STEP 2: Submit Application & Upload Compliance Documents

Create Account & Enroll New Student

  • Begin the process by creating an account in our online enrollment portal and then add in the new student(s) information.

 

Upload All Required Compliance Documents

  • You may upload documents using a scanner via the online enrollment portal or take a high-quality and clear picture using your smartphone camera:
    • Student Proof of Identity (such as a Birth Certificate, Passport or Identity card showing legal name and birth date)
    • Copy of the most recent school report card and any CAT 4 or equivalent assessments* (Grades K-8)
    • All official High School Transcripts and any CAT 4 or equivalent assessments* (Full-time enrollment: Mandatory for Grades 9-12th)
    • UAE students only: Original transfer/leaving certificate from previous school, passport photo, Emirates ID card for student and parent/Legal guardian

*If CAT 4 of equivalent assessments are not available, we still be able to enroll your child, but may request that these assessment are done through iCademy; your Enrollment Counsellor will be able to provide suitable guidance during enrollment

 

Submit Application

  • You will be able to submit your application upon submission of all details and documents. If you need assistance with uploading your required documents, please email our enrollment team at info@icademymiddleeast.com or call +971 4 440 1212.

 

Registration Verification

  • Once all your application is submitted you will receive a notification of receipt and one of our Enrollment Counsellors will contact you directly to discuss invoicing options and course placement.

STEP 3: INVOICING

Your invoice will be issued based on the details contained in the application form you have submitted and will be sent to you by email.

STEP 4: COURSE PLACEMENT

Our Enrollment Counsellors will discuss and agree course recommendations with you based on the following:

  • High School course placement and course choices will be based on incoming credit analysis by our School Registrar; our Transcript Analysis will be created from the transcript(s) you submit
  • For Grades K-8th placement, the previous report card(s) will be reviewed to confirm Grade placement and course choices

STEP 5: CONFIRMATION OF ENROLLMENT AND ONBOARDING DETAILS

You will receive confirmation of enrollment and onboarding details as follows:

  • Log in credentials to access the Online school
  • Orientation link
  • Every iCademy student is assigned to a student support team, consisting of a Homeroom Teacher (K-5) or Academic Advisor (6-12) and a School Counselor

UAE students only

Notes for families coming from overseas:

  • For families coming from overseas, Dubai residency visas, Emirates ID’s are not required at the time of application but must be submitted to iCademy Middle East by the KHDA registration deadline (generally 30th September). If these are in process, please provide a copy of the relevant application form in the meantime.
  • For children coming from overseas and other Emirates, a transfer certificate provided by the student is required by the time of joining iCademy Middle East, but not at the time of application.

 

UAE students only: Transferring from other schools

As required by the UAE’s Ministry of Education and for us to be able to register your child legally with the KHDA, it is mandatory that we receive a Transfer or Leaving Certificate (TC) from the school your child will transfer from. For children coming from other schools within Dubai, the transfer certificate will be released directly to iCademy Middle East from the previous school if the parent has

fulfilled all obligations to the previous school, which may include financial obligations and/or completing a written leaving notice form.
